ISE has partnered with a Fortune 500 Intermodal carrier to develop a custom Driver Settlement solution to expedite routine settlement procedures. The application allows drivers to print paperwork from a mobile device to a printer located at the ramp where they work. As a result, the driver can submit all paperwork required for daily settlement electronically. System-generated information capture and verification greatly reduces errors and expedites end-of-shift driver submission requirements. Captured information is indexed and associated with the required PODs, Bills of Lading, Assessorial data relating to a specific move. This new, streamlined driver settlement process will save each driver in the fleet approximately 40 hours per year.
